I threw this together last minute. I wasn't planning on posting this week cause I've got a lot of school stuff to do. Can't help myself, the concepts got me.

"The confusion got worse every moment, and Alice was very glad to get out of the wood into an open place, where she found the White King seated on the ground, busily writing in his memorandum-book."

  2. I agree with tom, last minute or not! really liking the texture and movement in the strokes. Id consider changing the background to a lighter value, I think it would give more contrast in the kings face. Making me look less at hes sihleoute and more at that beutifull texture. Great work man, glad you got it up.

Hope that made sense, sorry my spelling sucks

  5. I used copic marker, sharpy pen and a Pen-Touch white fin point pen. The actual size is about two inches by two inches.

  6. Hi Dustin, I really like this piece!
If you have more time, you could use the color burn brush setting or multiply to indicate some of the shadows on the king's face, while preserving the texture. You could also use the clone tool to refine Alice and the branches' shapes.
