Dustin I love the texture in this peice it reminds me of dirty drywall but the illustration is still on point. simple concise and effective.narrative is there good job
I agree with tom, last minute or not! really liking the texture and movement in the strokes. Id consider changing the background to a lighter value, I think it would give more contrast in the kings face. Making me look less at hes sihleoute and more at that beutifull texture. Great work man, glad you got it up.Hope that made sense, sorry my spelling sucks
I honestly think this is perfect man. LOVE THIS so much man! I have to tell you this in person seriously lol. So glad you took the time to still post.. was definitely worth it believe it or not man.
by the way did you use painter for this one?
I used copic marker, sharpy pen and a Pen-Touch white fin point pen. The actual size is about two inches by two inches.
Hi Dustin, I really like this piece! If you have more time, you could use the color burn brush setting or multiply to indicate some of the shadows on the king's face, while preserving the texture. You could also use the clone tool to refine Alice and the branches' shapes.
yo dustin thats crazy pen and ink work man, i was certain it was painter. great job again
