Out of these two I like the top one. The bottom one seems flat, especially since the tank and that sign almost line up in height at one point, and there's little depth being shown between the soldiers. The planes also seem equally spaced. I think it'd make the composition a bit more interesting if you perhaps pit two planes closer together(And perhaps making them smaller in the distance) while keeping one seperated and perhaps bigger. Ill comment on the top one in person.
